Certification Process for Production Credential

1. Please fill in as much information as you can in the uAPI Requirement Questionnaire.docx by downloading the document HERE
2. Prepare your workflow which includes XML transactions
3. After step 1 and 2 are completed, create a new certificate PT with subject "Certification Process - [YOUR_1P_SID]" and upload the following documents to the PT
   1. The completed "uAPI Requirement Questionnaire.docx"
   2. XML Transactions
   3. Workflow in Image/PPT format
4. Then Travelport support analysis will help to prepare a production certification call if required.
5. After the approval process (at least 15 business days), the production credential will be posted in the PT.
